Copyright Infringement Notification
When you believe that copyrighted material has been published, displayed, linked, or otherwise made accessible through NetMirrorDL without authorization, you or your authorized representative may submit a copyright removal request.
A valid DMCA notice should include:
- Your full legal name and contact information, including an email address and telephone number.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. When multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- The exact page URL or other information reasonably sufficient to help us locate the material in question.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
These elements are based on the notification requirements under Section 512 of the United States Copyright Act.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Copyright notices may be submitted through our Contact Us page.
Please use the subject:
DMCA Copyright Removal Request
Include all required information in one detailed submission. Notices that do not contain enough information to identify the copyrighted work or locate the disputed material may require additional clarification before they can be processed.
Our Response to Valid Notices
After receiving a substantially complete copyright notice, NetMirrorDL may:
- Review the information provided.
- Remove or disable access to the identified material.
- Remove a link leading to the disputed material.
- Contact the person responsible for the material, when applicable.
- Request additional information when the notice is incomplete.
- Take appropriate action against repeat infringers.
We aim to review legitimate copyright complaints promptly. However, submitting a notice does not guarantee automatic removal when the notice is incomplete, fraudulent, unrelated to copyright, or concerns material that cannot be located on our website.
Third-Party Websites and Content
NetMirrorDL may reference or link to third-party websites, applications, services, or resources. We do not control material hosted exclusively on third-party platforms.
When allegedly infringing material is hosted by another website, the copyright owner should also contact the operator or hosting provider responsible for that website. NetMirrorDL may nevertheless review a request to remove or disable a specific link appearing on our pages.
Counter-Notification
When material has been removed or disabled because of a DMCA complaint, the affected party may submit a counter-notification when they believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
A valid counter-notification should include:
- A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the sender has a good-faith belief that the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
- The sender’s name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s authorized representative.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. Subject to applicable law, the material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days unless we receive notice that the copyright owner has initiated legal proceedings seeking to prevent its restoration.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Where applicable, NetMirrorDL may restrict access, remove submissions, or terminate access for individuals or entities that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
The DMCA safe-harbor framework requires qualifying online service providers to adopt and reasonably implement a repeat-infringer policy.
Misrepresentation Warning
Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. A person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation regarding alleged infringement or mistaken removal may be responsible for resulting damages, costs, and legal fees.
Please submit a copyright complaint only when you are the copyright owner, are legally authorized to represent the copyright owner, or have a reasonable legal basis for the request.
Trademarks
Names, logos, service marks, application names, and other trademarks mentioned on NetMirrorDL belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply sponsorship, ownership, endorsement, or an official partnership unless expressly stated.
Trademark-related complaints may also be submitted through our Contact Us page with sufficient information to identify the protected mark and the disputed use.
Privacy
Personal information included in a copyright notice or counter-notification will be used to review and process the complaint. Information may also be disclosed to the affected party, legal representatives, service providers, or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, government identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Changes to This Policy
NetMirrorDL may update this DMCA Policy to reflect changes in our website, procedures, or applicable legal requirements. Updates will become effective when the revised policy is published on this page.
